Reward Specialist

Job Description:

• Ensure a compliant, efficient and high quality delivery of employees’ benefits and administrative solutions and associated processes.

• Define and deliver benefits processes and solutions (pension schemes, life and health insurance, other benefits), interacting with providers and third parties (insurance companies, brokers, consultant companies, others)

• Design, develop and execute digital tools in collaboration with HR Transformation & Digital team to ensure compensation and benefits processes, interacting with other HR functions.

• Participate in the invoicing processes, interacting with Finance, Procurement and/or others.

• Advise the business and HR community on the right application of HR and Reward policies.

• Participate in the definition and execution of any other processes of Reward.

• Ensure high level operability of the payroll product components and associated processes.
