Ensure a compliant, efficient and high quality delivery of employees’ benefits and administrative solutions and associated processes.

Define and deliver benefits processes and solutions (pension schemes, life and health insurance, other benefits), interacting with providers and third parties (insurance companies, brokers, consultant companies, others)

Design, develop and execute digital tools in collaboration with HR Transformation & Digital team to ensure compensation and benefits processes, interacting with other HR functions.

Participate in the invoicing processes, interacting with Finance, Procurement and/or others.

Advise the business and HR community on the right application of HR and Reward policies.

Participate in the definition and execution of any other processes of Reward.

Ensure high level operability of the payroll product components and associated processes.
This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
