RF Analysis Engineer  
Join our dynamic team at DGS, a cutting-edge data solutions company, for wireless networks, where innovation meets excellence in the realm of Radio Frequency (RF) awareness and environmental monitoring technologies. We are seeking a qualified candidate for the role of RF Analysis Engineer and Specialist to contribute to the development of pioneering solutions for the next-generation wireless network. 
In this role you will:  

• Provide expert RF data analysis to understand and analyze RF environments based on collected data, effectively communicating conclusions. 
• Assist in signal processing and analytics for network optimization, including deep understanding of phenomenology to support adaptive and predictive systems development, and more. 
• Directly support application development and sensor development, including a reference design for next generation RU. 
• Lead advanced analytics development for network optimization. 
• Perform analysis and engineering activities related to RF data; including signals analysis, data enrichment, and solutions development based on your findings.
• Validate and verify the accuracy and effectiveness of systems being produced to collect, process, and analyze RF data.  
• Develop and analyze sensor-based solutions for collecting RF data.  

• Apply your expertise across multiple sectors, contributing to network design for both commercial and government applications.
• Act as an advisor to management on advanced technical research studies and applications. This includes providing insights into RF data analysis and its implications for the organization.

The Ideal Candidate would:

• Demonstrate a track record of collecting and analyzing RF data, leveraging these results to engineer technology solutions.
•  Possesses a background in wireless network design and optimization.
• Experience in RF environmental awareness and spectrum management.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of fourteen (14) years of experience 
• Master’s Degree with a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience
• PhD with a minimum of nine (9) years of experience
