Job summary

The RFP Administrator will manage the full lifecycle of the RFP/RFI process, from kick-off to completion including creation, composition, preparation and submission of responses in accordance with the Keeper Security sales process. Additionally this role will support and manage the completion and delivery of security questionnaires in support of customer and prospect requirements. This position will work directly with our sales and engineering teams to quickly and accurately manage the requests for information to successfully support sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Review RFP/bid requirements and manage fulfillment of all requirements to ensure compliance and responsiveness
• Prepare all RFP/RFI responses and coordinate with graphic design, as needed, to maximize aesthetics in accordance with the company’s branding guidelines
• Implement and manage activities for proposal planning and development within the organization, focusing on all possible avenues to construct a compliant continued growth.
• Collaborate with members of the sales, marketing, portfolio management, product strategy, operations, compliance, design and legal team members to ensure strategy specific content is complete, accurate and timely.
• Proactively source RFP/Bid opportunities in both the public and private sector that Keeper has not previously received, using our existing tech stack (govspend,zoominfo, etc).
• Manage and complete all security questionnaires from prospects and customers and coordinate with all departments of Keeper to ensure timely completion.
• Manage and work with members of the sales team to create beautiful, curated Enterprise sales decks with current industry data and customer references.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Adaptable to high volume, shifting priorities and tight deadlines
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software applications
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand high level technical concepts
• Eager to learn

Preferred Requirements

• 2-4 years of proposal/technical writing experience
• Experience using Loopio or other RFP software solutions
• Experience in B2B SaaS or tech industry
• Understanding of cyber security concepts
• Multilingual (French, Dutch, or German)
