RGM Trade Manager

Job Description:

Principal Accountabilities

• Manage the master opportunities process, ensuring accurate program costs and returns for each forecast cycle
• Report trade investment changes by customer and brand on a periodic basis to provide visibility to the enterprise and context to leadership
• Reconcile the base trade plan with the upside plan and provide guidance on the differences during sales and demand planning calls
• Provide insights and recommendations based on trade analysis to drive strategic decision-making and visibility into the current enterprise trade plan
• Assist in the development of trade-related presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely trade-related data collection and reporting
• Use technical skills with appropriate analysis applications to provide optimum level of support the field team (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Minimum Qualifications

• 5-10 years of working experience and/or internship experience in a related field
• Four-year college degree
• Experience demonstrating advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities in a cross-functional team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• CPG experience
