Job Summary:

The IT Operation Expert Intern will have an opportunity to shadow, mentor and train with our experienced team of professionals in our service delivery office. You will gain hands-on experience in ticket management and problem management within the strategic and operational frameworks with the goal to deliver stable and performant IT services. Interns may perform and/or participate in additional activities/events which help them build a strong network within dormakaba and with fellow interns.

Specific Responsibilities:

1. Processing of request, development of problem solutions and execution of operational task in the day-to-day business.
2. Provision of support with the aim that Technology Platform service delivers stable and performant IT services.
3. Tracks, measures, and resolves incident, problem, changes incl. development support of the needed solutions.
4. Provide operational support to the stakeholder according to the aligned requirements.
5. Develops and maintains standard operating procedures
6. Ensures compliance with the standards, processes, service levels and requirements.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Intercultural competency
• Structured working mode and analytical skills
• Understanding IT service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL)
• Basic knowledge of IT information Security Management based ISO 27000 series and BSI IT Grundschutz.
• Strong background in IT Technologies

Education/Experience:

• Be currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Info Systems at an accredited institution
