We’re looking for someone motivated, self-starter who is able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment, and to be able to derive conclusions and decisions from a large set of data, someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail and an overall commitment to excellence.

What you’ll be spending your time on:  

• Perform Risk investigations and analyses based on Customer’s payments profile

• Detect suspicious or fraudulent behavior patterns by using sophisticated in-house built monitoring systems

• Provide data-driven analytical/risk insights, based on online findings, account activity and fraud trends.

• Draw conclusions based on multiple data set and user behavior

• Contact end users and report to internal and external providers while maintaining operational SLAs, and work closely with other teams, groups, and departments to support the development of compliance-related tools.

• Excellent written and spoken English – A Must

• Strong command of Excel and other MS Office Suite tools (Outlook, Word, etc.) - A Must

• Proven ability to communicate effectively (both written and verbal)

• Experience with analysisinvestigations to identify trends and patterns

• Proven critical, and problem-solving skills

• Hands-on and team player

• Flexible hours (working across the globe)

Not a must but a great advantage: 

• Experience in online risk or fraud prevention or e-commerce or online payments – an advantage

• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience – an advantage
