For its team based in Rome, Younited is looking for a Risk Analyst.

The selected professional will join the Risk & Pricing team, specifically integrating into the strategic Risk area. This area is crucial for managing and optimizing the risk performance of Younited's credit portfolio.

The Risk Analyst will operate under the direct supervision of the Risk & Pricing Manager, actively contributing to risk assessment and mitigation strategies. 🚀

The Risk Analyst will play a central role in the following activities:

• Advanced Monitoring and Analysis: Responsible for monitoring and reporting all risk KPIs for Direct and Via Partners products. This role requires meticulous attention and the ability to interpret complex data to guide strategic decisions.

• Innovation in Risk and Fraud Policies: Manage and optimize risk and fraud policies, with a special focus on Autogranting services and new Credit Bureau services. Their contribution will be crucial to maintaining the integrity and effectiveness of decision-making processes.

• Leadership in Transformation Committees: Actively participate in transformation and risk committees and be a key figure in local and international meeting presentations. Additionally, closely coordinate with central risk teams in Paris to align on global strategies.

• Strategic Projects: Engage in strategic initiatives, contributing with in-depth market analysis and participating in the definition of roadmaps and business cases for new products. This includes supporting the development of new technologies such as Open Banking and launching Pay products, ensuring new partnerships and products meet Younited's high standards in terms of risk management.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering 👨🏻‍🎓👩🏻‍🎓

• Knowledge of the banking/financial sector, with expertise in Credit Risk Management 🏦

• Excellent knowledge of the Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 💻

• Excellent knowledge of the English language 🔝

• Nice to have: knowledge of PowerBI and Python

• Proactivity in supporting strategic initiatives and ability to actively contribute to continuous improvement.

• High competence in data analysis and strong orientation towards solving complex problems.

• Time management skills and the ability to prioritize activities in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

• Effective communication skills, both in teamwork and in interactions with internal and external stakeholders.

• At least 2 years of experience in the banking/credit sector, within the area of Credit Risk Management or similar fields.
