Job Description

Main Duties:

• To Ensure that Risk Analysts’ team operates with high standards, meets set objectives and direct subordinates understand and follow the policies;
• Lead employees using a performance management and development process that provides an overall context and framework to encourage employee contribution and includes goal setting, feedback, and performance development planning;
• Provide support, direction and assistance to direct subordinates on all areas of their assigned duties;
• Plan, monitor and appraise job, coach, mentor, and develop staff, as well as prepare, maintain and deliver internal training(s) for direct subordinates;
• Ensure the delivery of better value and greater efficiency through the proactive identification and elimination of unnecessary complexity within department processes and identification of better ways of working;
• Identify and manage resources to deliver effective solutions; plan recruitment and training and oversee the employee on-boarding process;
• Handle administrative duties such as, approving annual leaves, payrolls, schedule changes submitted/ requested by direct subordinates.

Qualifications

• Higher Education;
• At least 1 year of managerial experience; 
• At least 3 years of professional experience preferable in game security and risk areas;
• Full Professional Working Proficiency in English and Georgian written and verbal;
• Advanced knowledge of MS office (Excel and Word is a must);
• Mathematically minded;
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
• Ability to act with discretion and maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information;
• Forward thinking, self-driven, fast learner.
