Corvus Insurance is an InsurTech that uses new forms of data to deliver novel underwriting insights for Cyber Insurance and related products.  Corvus is currently seeking a talented Risk Capital Account Manager to join our growing team and work alongside our Risk & Insurance Team.  You will have the unique opportunity to support our enterprise by providing account management services for our growing base of risk capital partners.  We are a dynamic team of entrepreneurial professionals with backgrounds in insurance and technology creating a commercial insurance company that combines the latest technology with traditional insurance to deliver superior results for our capital partners.

• Work with Risk & Insurance team to support existing Risk Capital Partner (RCP) relationships in the US, UK and/or EU;
• Develop stronger relationships with current Risk Capital Partners;
• Educate and inform Risk Capital Partners about Corvus product offerings and services and seek new areas of opportunity for further growth;
• Provide monthly profitability updates for Risk Capital Partners, including overview of key performance indicators, operational initiatives and other key projects as required;
• Attend to Risk Capital Partner inquiries and resolve issues promptly;
• Encourage engagement with Corvus technology by Risk Capital Partners
• Provide information on key trends and exposures to Risk Capital Partners to increase awareness across broader portfolio;
• Drive enhancement of policies, procedures and business practices that improve efficiency for Corvus’ relationship with capital partners; 
• Work with key Corvus stakeholders to ensure that Risk Capital Partners expectations are met in a timely manner;
• Engage with new and existing partners to ensure an outstanding onboarding experience that results in long-term retention
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to queries from partners
• Responsible for developing strategies to continue nourishing & developing relationships with our risk capital partners. 
• Identify, develop and follow up on methods to improve key partnerships with internal stakeholders to create an exceptional and efficient client response process.

• Bachelor's degree required
• Minimum of eight (8) years experience in a customer-facing commercial insurance or reinsurance position, preferably as an underwriter, analyst, program manager or account relationship role;
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills as well as familiarity with Google Suite (e.g., Google Sheets/Docs/Slides);
• Prior experience with HubSpot/Salesforce or similar CRM preferred;
• Familiarity with claims and actuarial reports preferred;
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence and negotiate with others and create acceptance for proposals;
• Ability to solve complex problems with creative solutions;
• Comfortable performing work with minimal guidance and working in a dynamic work environment;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to multitask and be a great teammate;
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong, cross-functional working relationships and add value as a financial business partner;
