Risk Management
Job Description
The Risk Management role at Amartha encompasses the development and implementation of risk strategies to mitigate potential risks across the organization. This position will work closely with various departments to ensure that all risk-related issues are addressed and resolved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, analyze, and evaluate risks that could affect the organization's ability to operate.
- Develop risk management policies and procedures to minimize risks.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to monitor compliance with risk controls.
- Prepare risk assessment reports and present findings to senior management.
- Collaborate with other departments to promote risk awareness and encourage risk management practices.
- Provide training and support to staff on risk management issues and protocols.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in risk management, preferably within the financial services or tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of risk management practices and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in using data analysis tools and risk management software.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
