The Risk Management team focuses on advancing, assuring, and sustaining iCapital’s business through the protection of our people, property, brand, and reputation. Global Safety and Resilience (GSR) is an iCapital-wide service responsible for safeguarding the company from potential threats. 

• Audio/Visual production (safety video production)
• Safety training curriculum development
• Facility Vulnerability Assessments/ Risk Assessments (Business Impact/ Physical)
• Threat & Intelligence Analysis
• FY23 Strategy Development/OKR & Task Mapping
• Web optimization for security forms/requests/submissions 

• Highly inquisitive, collaborative, and a creative problem solver 
• Possesses foundational knowledge of and/or genuine interest in the financial markets 
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment 
• Adaptable to take on new responsibilities and be detail oriented
• Technologically savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• A rising junior or senior in a U.S. college/university bachelor’s degree program
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Authorized to work in the United States*
