Risk Management Manager

This position leads and guides the enterprise-wide risk function. This position partners with internal and external business partners and key stakeholders to assesses current and emerging technologies, risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement of company risk management.

What you do

• Institute an effective governance model to provide ongoing monitoring and oversight to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of risk management functions.
• Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert for assigned business area.
• Conduct strategy and business process development through collaboration with other business areas to define and implement solutions.
• Build strong strategic relationships with internal and external business leaders to ensure risk issues are addressed quickly and efficiently.
• Work directly with key business leaders to facilitate risk analysis and risk management processes, identify acceptable levels of risk, and establish roles and responsibilities.
• Present management reports detailing risk assessment findings and areas of concern. Analyze historical trends and patterns and prepare recommendations to highlight and mitigate issues.
• Conduct research on industry topics, business trends, issues, and regulations, and provide recommendations as needed.
• Lead training sessions and continually evaluate instructional process identifying best practices and enhancements.

What you bring

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 7+ years related experience required
• Previous experience with enterprise risk management required
• Previous experience with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) concepts and practices desired
