Manages the credit risk activities of an organization.
Develops policies, processes, and procedures associated with credit risk and the evaluation of credit worthiness. • Assists with overseeing the analysis and maintenance of statistical data, and the development of risk models and forecasts. • Evaluates new customer credit information to set appropriate terms and credit limits. • Manages bankruptcy and legal issues. • Supports the Sr. Risk Manager in the training and development of staff. • Provides final credit approval of customer orders. • Negotiates with customers and/or reps to secure payments before filing liens, working with legal experts on complex cases. • Collaborates with the collections team to achieve company goals
Requirements:
4 year degree
8 years Experience with Oracle and Alliance softwares
10 years construction industry experience
