Job Description

Tattarang is seeking a dynamic Risk Manager to partner with our Leadership team and portfolio companies, delivering a consistent risk management framework and enhancing operational risk capacity. 

What you will do 

• Lead the development and implementation of risk strategies and frameworks. 

• Identify and work with the business to mitigate emerging threats, manage insurance renewals, and strengthen risk practices. 

• Provide strategic guidance to leadership, ensuring tools, systems, and frameworks are aligned with the business needs 

• Oversee the delivery of an audit compliance program, managing risk areas and ensuring effective closeout of findings 

• Develop an effective risk community of practice to be leveraged across the investment portfolio 

• Oversee the delivery of the insurance function across the portfolio 

• Review policies and processes to ensure regulatory compliance and protect organizational reputation. 

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive a robust risk culture. 

Qualifications

• You are a proactive leader with a deep understanding of risk management principles and a proven ability to navigate complex regulatory landscapes.

• You hold a bachelors degree in finance or other related field, and substantial experience in risk management.

• Your strategic mindset, combined with strong communication and stakeholder management skills, will enable you to thrive in this role.
