Risk Manager Japan

Your responsibilities:

• You will be risk recognition/assessment/mitigation definition and implementation during tender stage, follow up the risk prompts issued by functional department, make mitigation plans together with sales responsible, provide support to sales for communication with customer, Feedback and implementation of lessons learned into subsequent business opportunities/tenders.
• You will optimize and supervise commercial risk evaluation process and tools in line with company policy. Maintain instructions for tenders and execution. Coordinating and getting support from country legal, IP function, Tax & insurance function.
• To ensure risks under control and tender activities are in line with company requirement. Coach and drive continuous project risk management training to sales or others related.
• You will do development and/or benchmarking of processes, tools and solutions, further optimize & standardize tender activities.

• You hold a bachelor's degree or above, major in law is preferred.
• Required 5 years risk management / contract review related experience.
• Self-driven, change & innovation driving.
• Strong organization and communication skill, risk management oriented.
• Ability to work independently on area of expertise but also collaborate with other functions and be teamwork oriented.
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing situation and work under pressure.
• Fluent English both written and spoken, good presentation skill.
