Role Title Risk Process Analyst

Responsibilities:

Review new or existing processes to identify control gaps, operational weaknesses, and opportunities for automation

• Ensure risk controls are working effectively through metrics and testing.
• Participate/Lead RCA and broader thematic reviews undertaken by Risk and Compliance.
• Develop process maps to document processes and communicate control weakness and mitigation strategies.
• Work to expose unreported system weakness.
• To execute and do analytical quality review at portfolio level, channel level, new product, and distributor level analysis.
• Develop operational control MI and report findings to the Operational Risk Lead.
• To conduct risk assessment and mitigation by assessing and review of risk registers, risk triggers and portfolio analysis.
• Prepare varied and provide analysis of MI and Risk Reports.
• Identify data and information required for controls and reporting purposes.

QUALIFICATION:

M Com /MBA Postgraduate

5-8 Years of relevant work experience preferred in Pension investment and Insurance sector.
