Job Description As part of Risk Management and Compliance, you are at the center of keeping JPMorgan Chase safe and sound. In the Risk Projects & Solutions (RPS) Team, which sits within the Risk CFO - Risk Governance & Strategy organization, you will play an important role in the Intelligent Automation (IA) Center of Excellence (CoE), providing quick to market solution development, IA tool management, service management through adoption and enablement, and defining best practices under the Intelligent Solution (IS) Control Standard. We are looking to hire a tech-savvy business user with Alteryx and Tableau experience who can develop solutions, discover new opportunities for automation, drive citizen development, and consult on end-to-end solution delivery within the business.
You will:
  • Develop IA solutions using Alteryx and Tableau with a focus on optimal solution design and solution hand-off to the business user for support and maintenance
  • Identify and drive new opportunities for process improvement within RM&C focusing on top-down analysis, tool usage, and use case feasibility
  • Partner with RM&C business partners as a trusted advisor, providing a best-in-class consulting and advisory service as it pertains to tool evaluation, adoption, training, on boarding, design, development, SDLC, adherence to the IS Control Standard, and production
  • Create service level agreements with senior stakeholders to secure resourcing and business commitments for citizen development
  • Demo and showcase new solutions, features, and tools within our IA toolkit
  • Democratize and promote Alteryx and Tableau in the enterprise, demonstrating domain knowledge, enabling usage, communicating best practice, providing support, and evangelizing community engagement

Minimum Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • 2+ years of direct development experience with Alteryx and Tableau
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to collaborate with both technology and business users
  • Ability to articulate technical and complex topics in a clear, concise manner to non-technical users
  • Comfortable presenting solution demos and walkthroughs to a large audience, handling live questions and challenges, and telling a story from business problem to solution proposal
  • Experience working with stakeholders and/or clients; managing relationships, demonstrating good time management, and influencing senior management

Additional Skills, Experience and Qualifications
The following additional items will be considered but are not required for this role.
  • Familiarity with agile and scrum
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket
  • Knowledge of UiPath, Pega, Signavio, and other Intelligent Automation technologies
  • Knowledge of VBA, SQL, Python, R, and other programming languages
