RMP Operations Coordinator

The Traffic Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day process regarding RMP incentive traffic.
What You’ll Do:Â
- Plan, organize, activate and control the day-to-day process regarding the transmitting of scripts and materials to the appropriate media outlet.Â
- Send traffic instructions to all stations on the buy.Â
- Send billboard copy sponsorships/logos.Â
- Handle station concerns.Â
- Help to build out and maintain the RMP Library.
- Creation and management of the Voice Recorded Units
- Compile and share talent reporting with Business Affairs.
- Work with Nissan clients on monthly incentive newsletter template.
- Submit monthly incentive offers to Nissan legal.
- Maintain monthly spot traffic activity report and any and all (multi-media) dub requests.Â
- Keep Business Manager updated of all assigned ISCI codes.Â
Requirements:Â
- A self-starter with ability to quickly learn and take on new responsibilitiesÂ
- Eagerness to take ownership of assigned tasks and work with a broader agency teamÂ
- Familiarity with Mac/Apple ecosystem, MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OutlookÂ
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while working independentlyÂ
- Strong attention to detailÂ
- Strong sense of urgency and commitment to get the job done quickly and with high qualityÂ
- The ability to communicate, both written and verbal, with people at all levels of an organizationÂ
