RMP Operations Coordinator

You are a recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or relevant, with an interest and experience in starting your career in advertising.
The Regional Marketing Program (RMP) Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day process regarding RMP incentive regional production.Â
What You'll Do:
- Plan, organize, activate and control the day-to-day process regarding RMP retail production including, TV, Radio, Print and digital creative. Â
- Communicate and work with regional offices, post house studio, creative and traffic teams.Â
- Communicate with Nissan legal teams on advertised offer information.Â
- Maintaining monthly spot tracking.Â
- Keep regional field teams updated of all assigned ISCI codes.Â
- Coordinate with creative and traffic team to assure correct creative to the appropriate markets.Â
- Help track regional production estimates.Â
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Spanish (both written and verbal)Â
- A self-starter with ability to quickly learn and take on new responsibilitiesÂ
- Eagerness to take ownership of assigned tasks and work with a broader agency teamÂ
- Familiarity with MS Office: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, OutlookÂ
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while working independentlyÂ
- Strong attention to detailÂ
- Strong sense of urgency and commitment to get the job done quickly and with high qualityÂ
- The ability to communicate, both written and verbal, with people at all levels of an organizationÂ

Given the nature of the Production team and the client assigned to this role, we are only considering candidates that currently live in or wish to relocate to Nashville, in the near future.
