Overview:

An assistant manager in outpatient diagnostic endoscopy is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care. They document patient conditions, create and update care plans, and ensure care aligns with medical procedures. They also provide patient education, maintain a safe environment, and meet patients' physical and psycho-social needs. Additionally, they communicate effectively, participate in organizational activities, and manage unit operations, including staff assignments and performance evaluations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate from an accredited Nursing program
• Licensure: Current RN license in the state of practice
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Preferred Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing
