RN Field Nurse

Join the Bestcare team as a FULL-TIME RN Field Supervisorin our Bronx or Manhattan locations, Bilingual English/Spanish , Metro Card provided. Job Responsibilities: • Conduct initial in-home visits to assess client needs • Communicate with client's physician and other care team members to ensure the delivery of appropriate client care • Supervise client care provided by our Home Health and Personal Care Aides • Participate in orientation, teaching and evaluating of care providers • Assist in Aide core competencies and in-service education • Responsible for the review and maintenance of documentation related to client records Job Qualifications: Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in New York State, preferably with two (2) years experience. Home care experience a plus.
