RN Supervisor

TheAOD / RN House Supervisor: maintains oversight of all RN/LPNs/and Mental Health Technicians in order to ensure quality, integrity, and excellence of treatment delivered in a fiscally responsible manner; plans and develops program goals and directs efforts towards meeting goals; provides support, direction, and supervision of assigned nursing staff; assigns responsibilities to staff to ensure prompt response to patient needs; reviews and maintains all clinical documents and departmental logs and ensures fair distribution of patients to physicians. TheAODwill have on call responsibilities as directed, and is flexible and willing to work all shifts as requested by the Director. TheAODwill also attend all meetings, trainings and workshops along with being responsible for establishing, maintaining staffing schedules for all Mental Health Technicians and Nurses. TheAODwill also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all departmental and hospital trainings, as well as, scheduling and facilitating preceptor training for all newly hired clinical staff. Five years of behavioral health experience and ASN required. 18 months in clinical, managerial and administrative experience preferred. Emergency Room nursing experience, preferred.
