Role Description and Mission:
The Roadside Engagement Specialist will have responsibility for building and executing key programs with some Agero’s largest insurance clients.
This role is an individual contributor and will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (Operations, Marketing, IT, Product, and other departments) to ensure service execution and achievement of company and client goals.
Key Outcomes:
- Increase insurance agent NPS
- Provide support to clients and their adoption of products and services
- Respond to non-technical questions, issues, and escalations from agents
- Synthesize feedback and Sigma reporting to help guide product rollout
- Assist in developing/executing strategy to drive digital engagement with Agero products
- Assist in developing/executing strategy that provides and assists customer stakeholders with converting more sales leads
Skills, Education and Experience:
- Proven work experience as an Account Director, Sales Manager, or relevant role
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proven track record of thought leadership and problem-solving
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Having sold or serviced to Claims and Marketing in Insurance is not required but desired
- United States: AZ, FL, NC, IL, KY, MA, MI, NM, TN, TX, VA.
