Role Description and Mission:

The Roadside Engagement Specialist will have responsibility for building and executing key programs with some Agero’s largest insurance clients. 
This role is an individual contributor and will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (Operations, Marketing, IT, Product, and other departments) to ensure service execution and achievement of company and client goals.  

Key Outcomes: 

  • Increase insurance agent NPS 
  • Provide support to clients and their adoption of products and services
  • Respond to non-technical questions, issues, and escalations from agents
  • Synthesize feedback and Sigma reporting to help guide product rollout 
  • Assist in developing/executing strategy to drive digital engagement with Agero products
  • Assist in developing/executing strategy that provides and assists customer stakeholders with converting more sales leads

Skills, Education and Experience:

  • Proven work experience as an Account Director, Sales Manager, or relevant role 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint) 
  • Proven track record of thought leadership and problem-solving 
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs 
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail 
  • Having sold or serviced to Claims and Marketing in Insurance is not required but desired
