Robot Operations Center Team Lead

The Robot Operations Center (ROC) Team Lead will take the role in maintaining current clinical services and will be critical to ongoing success. You will be responsible for leading a team of technical support specialists through onboarding, training, and growth. You will learn how to create and implement new procedures while also working to build process improvement. This position will work hand in hand with the Robot Operations Manager and Director of Operations to grow the ROC and learn how to scale a start-up quickly. No management experience is required, but is preferred, and you will be fully trained on the remote duties of the technical support specialists. What You’ll Be Doing/Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day remote operations for all active hospitals
• Onboard, train and develop new technical support specialists
• Monitor team performance and provide competency checks
• Allocate and manage resources
• Develop and research efficiencies by working with team members and other departments
• Create and manage the monthly operations schedule
• Manage or escalate conflict and solve process and technical challenges 
• Schedule shift coverage and manage time off requests and holidays 
• Create desirable outcomes for company-wide OKRs
• Possess a positive customer service oriented attitude
• Relay robot operations improvement opportunities to applicable parties
• Reinforce pride in organizational success and overall vision and impact 
• Create and implement team building activities

Preferred qualifications

• Clinical robot operator experience
• Customer service industry experience
• Team management experience
