Robot Operator (New Forest, UK)

Full-time, Hourly; based in New Forest, UK

Start Date: Late March / Early April

If you can use an XBox controller, you can operate one of our robots! Come join our amazing team as a Robot Operator. Work outside with your hands, in beautiful and interesting farm locations with the biggest fleet of agricultural robots in the world. 

We pay above-market rates in a thriving team environment, and we work directly to help feed the country!

What you’ll do

• Spend your day in the field, looking after robots, and making sure they pick great strawberries

• Work up to 5 days a week (with occasional weekend work), for 8-10 hours per day, with early starts (and, if you are willing, potential evening or night shifts)

• Contribute your ideas and fixes to improve daily operations and productivity in the field

What we’re looking for

• Required: Excitement and willingness to learn how to operate robots with high attention to detail 

• Required: Desire to work in an outdoor environment, working with your hands and using your head

• Required: Ability to communicate in English (both written and verbal)

• Nice to have: Farm experience or experience in the military, manufacturing, or operations/logistics

The hourly rate pay range below represents the low and high end of our range for this position. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range, based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, and responsibilities.

New Forest, UK area pay range: £11 - £15 / hour
