Robotics Deployment Manager

Position Summary
We're looking for a Robotics Deployment Manager to join our Customer Success and Operations team! In this role, you will be responsible for successfully deploying robotic systems while providing solutions and feedback to drive growth across various customer accounts. You will cross-functionally support our internal sales, engineering, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure our partners receive the most value from our products and services.
How You'll Make an impact

• Ensure successful implementation of our system at all customers' locations and will make sure the process is scalable and repeatable (visit existing customers on-site as needed)
• Engage with the engineering and product team to ensure we are upholding a commitment to our customers and are taking all actions necessary for optimal performance, agreed-on cycle times, and continuous improvement
• Work closely with external OEMs & vendors to improve customer success
• Ensure customer success with deployed robots and facilitate growth within the account by supporting sales and delivery of additional robots and services
• Build and train the internal system implementation team as we scale
• Run customer-facing initiatives and manage projects by working with internal engineering, supply chain, & sales teams to provide insights and solutions to drive end-customer account growth

Skills / Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automation, manufacturing, engineering, robotics, or relevant engineering industry
• Effective cross-functional communication skills across both technical and non-technical teams (internal & external facing)
• Planning, scheduling, and budgeting experience for delivering complex projects in a short time
• Ability to manage a project through the entire life cycle (preferably in an automation or manufacturing environment)
• Demonstrated negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment by adjusting priorities and paying attention to details

Compensation for this position includes the base salary range of $120,000-$140,000 USD plus equity. We also provide comprehensive benefits and perks which include but are not limited to unlimited PTO, 401(k) plan + employer match, regular offsite events, a discretionary fund for enhancing productivity and so much more! The range listed on job postings reflects the minimum and maximum new hire salary across levels in Los Angeles, CA.
