Your Role

We are hiring motivated, entry to junior level Robotics Engineers. Our Engineers will be full-time, on-site at our York, PA and must be able to travel to California when required. Successful candidates will have a robotics engineering background, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a strong drive to learn and succeed.

• Support the design, development, and integration of robotic systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and software developers, to ensure the successful implementation of robotic solutions and understand project requirements.
• Identify opportunities for automation and develop robotic solutions to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Help build, deploy, commission, and install automated mechanisms
• Assist in installation, operation, and calibration activities.
• Program and troubleshoot robotic systems, ensuring they meet performance and safety standards.
• Participate in prototyping and proof-of-concept projects to evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of robotic applications.
• Accurately maintains documentation of development process, modifications, maintenance requirements, and other data.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations, including Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to contribute to the company's long-term technological strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Experience and knowledge of robotics engineering principles. Related hands-on experience through previous internships, etc. is highly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Motivated and driven.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Proficient in related software such as CAD.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Must be able to travel to California when required.
