Job Description:

Skilled Wound Care, a leading national surgical physician group servicing nursing homes for wound care. Skilled Wound Care is looking for a passionate robotics engineer to become our company’s newest innovator. The ideal candidate will have experience in programming, design and analysis, and have a strong understanding of robotic technologies and systems.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Designs and develops robotic prototypes.
  • Constructs, configures, tests, and debugs robots and robotic systems.
  • Installs, operates, calibrates, and maintains robots.
  • Ensures that robotic machines operate safely, dependably, and with precision; identifies and implements modifications.
  • Provides technical support and troubleshooting services for robotic systems.
  • Recommends, develops, and implements enhancements and improvements to increase production volume or precision in high-throughput operations.
  • Maintains documentation of development process, modifications, maintenance requirements, and other data.
  • Develop cost-effective and efficient processes to produce the machines


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CAD/CAM software
  • Thorough understanding of electrical wiring and computer software engineering.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software to create reports and documentation.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in related field required; Masters degree preferred.
  • At least three years of related experience required.

Pay:

  • $75,000 - 125,000 Depending on experience 

Location:

  • Position will be based out of Playa Vista, CA must be in office.
