What Will You Do?

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:

• Assist engineers in development of detailed simulation environments, computer vision, real-time embedded software, and working prototypes for autonomous applications
• Perform engineering analysis to predict the behavior of proposed designs.
• Work with embedded hardware and software to create prototypes for evaluation.
• Review research literature and develop solutions to applicable problems

What Do You Need?

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:

• Senior or Master's level in robotics, computer science, aerospace, mechanical, or other degrees with background in autonomous vehicles, perception solutions, navigation, and sensor fusion.
• Experience with Matlab/Simulink, C/C++, Python
• Familiarity with simulation environments: ex. Gazebo, Unity, UnReal Engine
• Familiarity with Kalman Filters (EKF, UKF), particle filters, graph filter, etc
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently
• Strong problem-solving skills
