ROC CVN Combat System Analyst

The Combat Systems Ships Systems Analyst position will maintain a near real-time status of CNAL CVN C5I Readiness for the CNAL N437 Readiness Operations Center (ROC). The ROC is developing methods to track and generate metrics for a visual display of all Atlantic Fleet Aircrafts Carrier's readiness status.

The position will require a moderate to advanced working knowledge of Microsoft excel.

Other qualifications including and not limited to:

• Facilitates CVN daily updates to internal and external stakeholders using Microsoft Office Products. Must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in the proficient use of Microsoft Products.
• Provide support in CASREP response and status ofC5ISR equipment. Minimum of 10 years' experience with distance support and onboard C5ISR repair issues and coordination with ISEAs and warfare centers to track material and parts status.
• Analyze weekly C5ISR status reports during CNO availabilities and monthly C5ISR status reports, including modernization planning, to outside CNO availabilities. Minimum of 10 years' experience in proficient knowledge of C5ISR, CVN modernization, and CVN availabilities.
• Minimum of 10 years' working knowledge of analyzing C5ISR ICAVs, reviewing findings and making recommendations to TYCOM, CSO and Ship's Force on disposition.
• Review the ship's CSMP, planned C5ISR maintenance, modernization, and repairs for CNO availabilities and maintenance upkeeps. Minimum of 10 years working knowledge ofC5ISR maintenance, modernization, and repairs on CVNs.
• Assist Ship's Force in maintainingC5ISRmaterialreadinessandidentifying CNO maintenance availability work. Minimum of 10 years' experience working with Ship's CSMO and Ship's Maintenance Officer and in estimating man-hours required to correct deficiencies.
• During CNO availabilities and maintenance upkeeps, monitor installa tions for compliance with policies, procedures, and practices. Minimum of 10 years' experience and working knowledge of combat systems policies, procedures, practices, and instructions.
• Minimum of 10 years' experience and working knowledge of C5ISR equipment, combat systems data bases, and maintenance reports.
• Ten years minimum of technical, management, development, and integration experience with aircraft carrier combat systems requirements occurring within the last five (5) years.
