Roofer (with Experience)

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various roofing techniques and a strong understanding of construction practices. This role involves working on residential and commercial roofing projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Duties • Perform heavy lifting and maneuvering of roofing materials as needed. • Collaborate with other construction professionals, including carpenters and maintenance person specialists, to complete projects efficiently. • Read and interpret work orders to ensure accurate installation according to specifications. • Restore existing roofs to extend their lifespan and enhance functionality. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols. • Install, repair, and maintain roofing systems (shingle, tile, metal, flat, etc.) • Tear-off and prepare roofs for new installations • Follow OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols • Work efficiently both independently and as part of a crew • Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Requirements • Minimum2 years of roofing experience(residential and/or commercial) • Knowledge of roofing tools, materials, and best practices • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and heights • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred • Must be punctual and dependable What We Offer: • Competitive pay based on experience • This position start at $18/hour but can be more based on experience level • Opportunities for advancement • Full-time, year-round work, Overtime (when available) • Supportive team environment • Safety training and equipment provided ** All new hire employees must participate in a mandatory pre-employment drug screening** ** Candidate must be 21+ and have a current (valid) Drivers License to operate any company vehicle Join our team of dedicated professionals committed to delivering high-quality roofing solutions!
