Roofer/Laborer

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Roofer/Laborer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for various roofing tasks and labor-intensive duties that contribute to the successful completion of roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and grow within the construction industry. Duties • Install, repair, and maintain various types of roofing systems, including shingles, tiles, and flat roofs. • Perform tile laying and welding tasks as needed for roofing applications. • Assist with remodeling projects that may involve drywall installation and repair. • Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively and safely to complete assigned tasks. • Engage in trim carpentry and masonry work as required during roofing projects. • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. • Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the duration of each project. Qualifications • Proven experience in roofing or related construction fields is preferred but not required. • Familiarity with tile laying, welding, drywall installation, trim carpentry, masonry, framing carpentry, hand tools, and power tools is highly desirable. • Ability to work in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. • Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed. • Excellent teamwork skills with a commitment to safety on job sites. • Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to roofing and construction work.
