Job Description: We are currently looking for an experienced Roofing Journeyman to contribute to the success of our roofing projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellence in the roofing industry, demonstrating strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. Install, repair, and maintain various roofing systems, including shingle, metal, and flat roofs. 2. Assess roofing project requirements and determine the materials and equipment needed. 3. Collaborate with the project team to ensure timely and efficient completion of roofing projects. 4. Conduct inspections and troubleshoot roofing issues, providing effective and lasting solutions. 5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times. 6. Train and mentor less experienced team members to enhance overall team capabilities. Requirements: 1. Proven experience as a Roofing Journeyman with a minimum of 4 years in the roofing industry. 2. Extensive knowledge of various roofing materials and techniques. 3. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. 4. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. 5. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. 6. Commitment to safety protocols and procedures. 7. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
