Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experiencedRoofing Salesperson and Project Managerto join our team. This dual-role position combines client acquisition and relationship management with hands-on oversight of roofing projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of roofing systems, and the ability to manage crews and ensure project quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Sales Duties: • Identify and pursue new residential and/or commercial roofing leads. • Conduct roof inspections and provide detailed estimates and proposals. • Educate potential customers on roofing systems, warranties, and installation processes. • Negotiate contracts and close sales. • Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle. • Track leads, proposals, and sales performance in CRM software. Project Management Duties: • Coordinate material orders and delivery timelines with suppliers. • Schedule and oversee roofing crews to ensure timely and quality work. • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the project lifecycle. • Conduct quality assurance inspections during and after installation. • Handle job-site issues, crew coordination, and customer concerns promptly. • Ensure all safety regulations and building codes are followed. • Collect final payments and secure customer satisfaction sign-offs. Qualifications: • Proven experience in roofing sales, project management, or a related field. • Strong knowledge of various roofing systems (shingles, metal, flat roofs, etc.). • Proficient in commercial roofing systems including TPO & EPDM. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to read and understand contracts, plans, and scopes of work. • Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders/roofs. • Proficiency with CRM and project management software. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Preferred Skills: • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. • Prior experience using tools like AccuLynx or similar. • OSHA certification or construction safety training. Compensation: • Base salary plus bonus structure (depending on experience). • Bonus structure based on project completion and customer satisfaction. • Company vehicle • Full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off (PTO), paid holidays, and a 401(k) plan.
