RoofSnap - Senior Software Engineer (Remote, US)

RoofSnap, a division of EverCommerce, is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our high performing, cross functional scrum team. We live and breathe the tenets of scrum, working closely with our stakeholders, iterating on ideas, and delivering value to our customers. Where

The EverCommerce team is distributed globally, with multiple office locations across the U.S. and Canada. We have an office in Columbus, Ohio, where several of our improveit 360 and RoofSnap-focused teammates work regularly. With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States; if you're near one of our offices and want to work in-office, we can set that up, or this role can be 100% remote. You must be eligible to work in the United States in order to qualify for this role.

Responsibilities
As a member of our product development group you will be involved in every aspect of the lifecycle including stakeholder engagement, feature discovery, architecture, coding, automated testing, deployment and monitoring.

• Continuously maintain and enhance our modern web stack (React/.NET/Azure)
• Maintain and improve the development/deployment tooling
• Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to spec out product feature requirements
• Partner closely with all team functions such as mobile development and product support
• Take ownership of application performance and user experience monitoring
• Advocate for professional-level solutions, code quality, and modern engineering practices

• 5+ years as a hands-on software engineer building customer-facing applications
• Experience in a tech and/or team lead role
• Expertise in .NET
• Expertise with SQL
• Expertise with Azure
• Experience with JavaScript
• Experience as a developer on a Scrum team with demonstrated desire for continuous improvement
• Expertise managing the full DevOps lifecycle in a cloud-based SaaS environment
