Summary

The Roster Analyst will serve a key role within Advantus Health Partners' (AHP) operations. This role will engage with various stakeholders across the organization and manage the GPO roster for our clients. This individual will ensure the accurate and timely coordination and rostering process for new members joining AHP, along with any changes to existing locations.

Essential Job Functions
  • Manage AHP's member roster database in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinate with new members to obtain all required information for onboarding
  • Update, maintain, and communicate all membership changes appropriately to applicable stakeholders
  • Serve as customer-service liaison to AHP members and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure they have the required information to manage contract connectivity to members
  • Work with member leadership, site leadership, and suppliers to effectively link contract pricing and tiers
  • Work with suppliers to ensure their membership lists reflect accurate AHP member data
  • Ensure rostering process and data consistency is maintained
  • Research and resolve membership questions from suppliers, members, program managers, and other stakeholders
  • Perform ad hoc reporting requests for AHP and its members


Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, healthcare, or related field (required)

Work Experience

1 to 3 years of customer service experience (required)

Project management experience (preferred)

Healthcare / Group Purchasing Organization (GPO) experience (preferred)

Training

Microsoft Excel (required)

Other Database tools (preferred)

Skills

Hard/Tech/Clinical Skills:

Database management (create and manage roster database)

Data Entry

Experience using Microsoft Excel and other software programs

Analytical skills

Knowledge of healthcare GPOs
