Rotary Die Cut Operator

The Position: We are looking for someone to add to our existing team of full time Machinery Operators. · We offer training and support on the job. · We also offer Paid Time Off, Paid Breaks and Holiday Closures. Requirements: · Experience with Material Converting Machinery (Rotary Die Cutting, Strip-Cutting, Punching, Etc.) in a manufacturing setting. · Know how to work accurately in both Imperial and Metric measurements. · Ability to follow detailed SOP Instructions/Drawings. · Able to lift a maximum of 50 pounds and if needed stand for an eight-hour work shift. · Commitment to Quality, Safety, and Communication. · Be a Team-Oriented, Self-Directed person, with a good attitude. · Have medium computer skills including Word, Excel, Gmail Etc. · Must be fluent in both written and spoken English. · Understand the importance of accuracy and can work undistracted on the job. Responsibilities: · Halco would require you to work in our Hayward production area Monday – Friday 7.00 AM – 4.00 PM with 1-hour Lunchbreak. · Carry out Production, Inspection, Packaging, and Rotary Die Cutting machine operation duties. · Set up machinery and ensure all materials are readily available. · Notice and report non-conforming materials or finished products. · Effectively monitor and maintain Rotary production equipment. · Assist other production and warehouse staff, as necessary. · Perform appropriate duties as assigned by management. · Maintain a safe and clean workspace. · Follow established safety rules and regulations.
