Job Overview

TE Energy has an opening for a Commercial Job Rotation program. TE is looking to hire someone interested in sales or sales support functions for a two-year job rotation program. During this time they will learn the business by working for multiple departments at the Energy headquarters in Fuquay-Varina, NC. Each position will last from 3 to 6 months. Some roles could be performed remotely, but others will need to be in the office. Future job opportunities after the rotation program could include: Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Sales Operations, Product Management, or Supply Chain.

Duties:• Engaging with outside sales and others to coordinate customer events• Updating internal SharePoint sites• Assisting with project management on solar farm projects• Processing purchase orders• Answering customer inquiries by phone and email• Assisting with resolution of unpaid customer invoices• Reviewing product data for accuracy and completeness• Running reports and coordinating follow up action items with various departments• Contacting customers to pursue new business opportunities for TE

This role is from Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm.

What your background should look like:• Good communication skills• Microsoft Office skills• Ability to multitask and prioritize work to successfully accomplish job duties• BS degree in business management, marketing, or communications preferred but will consider relevant equivalent experience with a minimum of High School Degree or GED• Must be proficient in the English language

COMPENSATION• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $49,360 - $74,040 (subject to change dependent on physical location)• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
