Culligan of Brooklyn Park is looking for a Route Manager with a proven track record of strong leadership and success in developing teams and individuals. Our next Route Manager will lead by example in a hands-on environment to strengthen a motivated and competent workforce to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Â

This is a hands-on management position. The Route Manager will provide leadership through effective communication, process improvement, coaching/training, and mentoring in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This position reports to the General Manager.

What is the Route Manager responsible for?
- Assessing vehicle conditions and coordinating the maintenance of the fleet.
- Perform duties of route delivery and plant personnel when necessary
- Ensure adequate after-hour response to customer emergencies
- Maintaining appropriate staffing level, workload distribution, and employee skills necessary to best serve customers and meet business needs
- Developing realistic employee performance objectives tied to the dealership’s goals in order to support employee development and empowerment
- Participating in the preparation of annual budget/plans, regularly review actual performance vs. plan, analyze variances, and take action necessary to achieve goals
- Responsible for coordinating specialty routes and events
- Ability to mentor and coach employees to success and promotion
- CDL a plus!

What qualifications are we looking for?
- 3+ years supervisory experience, including training responsibilities
- High level of self-motivation and enthusiasm
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record

- Previous experience in route management
