ROUTE / WAREHOUSE TECHNICIAN

We're looking for an active, upbeat, motivated individual to join our Pine City, MN Culligan team as a Route/Warehouse Technician. This position is a 50% Route and 50% Plant Warehouse. 

If you are a career-oriented individual, looking for an active, fast-paced position, this is the job for you! You will be working in the plant to clean and maintain equipment, operate regeneration processes, load and unload trucks and assist with inventory control. We are looking for a Route/Warehouse Technician  who will also complete backup Route Driving responsibilities when needed.

Our Route/ Warehouse Technicians are a fundamental part of our dealership’s success, communicating vital information with other departments and assuring that our customers get what they need.

What do Route/Warehouse Technicians do for Culligan?

• Load and unload trucks, maintain and repair plant equipment
• Operate regeneration processes
• Clean production equipment
• Operate company vehicles, including forklifts
• Go above and beyond to meet customers’ needs
• Communicate and coordinate with other departments
• Route driving duties
• Deliver water conditioning products to commercial and residential customers
• Promote Culligan products and services
