Position Summary:

The Routing Project Manager will support the US Routing team and organization to support new business opportunities and implement optimized routing plans across the organization. The role focuses on supporting our strategic transportation operations by building business roadmaps, contingency planning and schedule optimization. Performs project management to minimize delays in project timeline.

• Act as Paragon expert and support/coordinate Paragon data base configuration and distribution center-specific configuration
• Collaborate with leadership on special projects of strategic importance, creating and managing cross functional teams to achieve objectives
• Oversee and manage all aspects of projects. Create project plans, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize progress of projects. Prepare reports for communicating progress with project teams, cross functional teams and business stakeholders
• Ensure that all routing related projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring operational feasibility
• Manage documenting operational and technical requirements as needed
• Conduct site evaluations and participate in developing solutions for unique operational requirements
• Manage project performance, changes to project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate business methods reporting and escalating when appropriate
• Oversee the change management request process in partnership with IT
• Ensure transportation and routing team members are trained on any new functionality
• Share best practices and counsel for other AOW's on paragon as applicable
• Assist with testing Paragon fixes/enhancements delivered by Paragon
• Participate as a rotating member for distribution center site support as needed
• Assist acquisition of potential new business partner projects
• Provide operational support in areas not directly related to routing as needed
• Other projects or duties as assigned
