Our RPA Citizen Developers form a select user group empowered and enabled with automation skills, tools and training at Fragomen. As a Citizen Developer, you will be at the cutting edge of new automation opportunities at Fragomen. Citizen developers are technically skilled non-IT employees who use IT-sanctioned low-code/no-code platforms to develop low to medium complexity, attended automations within their function.
As a Citizen Developer, you will work with subject matter experts and process owners to define requirements and develop automations in accordance with best practices. You may also be tasked with running, monitoring and maintaining existing automations, including root cause analysis for failures and recommendations for corrective actions.

- Analyze processes, and identify low to medium complexity automation opportunities.
- Gather and document requirements for an automation solution.
- Work daily with StudioX tools
- Document and maintain automation pipeline using Automation Hub.
- Design, build and test process automations per the Robotics Operation Center (ROC) standards and best practices.
- Resolve issues that arise in the daily running of processes and provide timely responses and solutions.
- Create and document test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases.
- Support business teams during the UAT and roll-out phases.
- Capture and report ROI and business benefits of automated solutions.
- Configure new processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
- Apply RPA workflow design best practices when developing or maintaining workflows.
- Create and document test cases for negative scenarios to document workflow behavior when specific systems malfunction, as well as performance scenarios, to stress test systems behavior.
- Provide maintenance to production workflows by ensuring second-level support for workflow incidents; investigate reported errors, agree on error severity and propose resolution.
- Configure enhancements/change requests to already automated processes.
- Partner with the Robotics Operations Center (ROC) and the growing Citizen Developer community on ideas, projects, and other automation opportunities.
Let's talk if you have the following qualifications and experience:
- Requires a Bachelor's in Technology or a related field and 2+ years of experience producing solution designs for transformation projects, and delivering integrated solutions across multiple technologies, or other related experience.
- At least one year of experience developing automations in UiPath StudioX and Automation Hub.
- Willing to complete the Citizen Developer training program, Botathon, and achieve certification (if not already certified in UiPath).
- Experience with Immigration is a strong plus.
- Experience in analysis of business process and workflow or process improvement recommendations.
- Solid project management and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience as a business analyst is a strong plus.
- A good team player that collaborates well in cross-functional teams.

- A good understanding of business processes is desired.
- Technical experience in developing and testing software on a Windows platform and adhering to a structured and documented methodology.
- Experience developing and implementing automated RPA processes as a certified developer.
- Working knowledge of data management tools.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, coupled with a logical, disciplined, and structured approach to documentation and procedures.
