Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores, Inc. / Oklahoma City, OK / RPA Developer III. Duties: Responsible for designing, developing and supporting automation workflows built within the Company's RPA platform with minimal oversight; deploying and maintaining RPA components including bots, development tools, code repositories and virtual machines; participating in ongoing training courses to stay current on design methods offered within the Company's platform; creating and executing test cases on automation workflows, including unit tests and user acceptance tests; monitoring and performing break-fix and support activities on previously built automation workflows; meeting daily with RPA team to provide progress updates and assisting other team members with clearing roadblocks; collaborating with other developers, business analysts, and business subject matter experts on new feature functional designs, functional requirements, technical architecture, and implementations of new initiatives; and identifying and assisting with feasibility analysis on opportunities for automation across many business units. Remote work allowed within a hybrid schedule, with the majority required to occur in the Oklahoma City office. The position requires only incidental domestic travel. Must have a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Business with a focus on MIS, or a closely related field, or foreign equivalent and 5 years' progressive experience in IT developer role that required the development and testing of complex technical solutions on short timelines using one of the following: SQL, C#, Java, Regular Expressions, Python, .Net, or SAP GUI scripting; alternatively, the Company may hire an individual with a Master's degree in one of the fields listed above if the individual has 3 years' progressive experience in IT developer role that required the development and testing of complex technical solutions on short timelines using one of the following: SQL, C#, Java, Regular Expressions, Python, .Net, or SAP GUI scripting. The experience must include 3 years of experience using Agile/scrum methodology; 6 months' experience designing, developing, and supporting automation workflows built within an RPA platform using UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Appian, or Microsoft Power Platform (aka Power App, Power Automate, Microsoft Flow), with minimal oversight; 6 months' experience creating and executing test cases on automation workflows, including unit tests and user acceptance tests; 6 months' experience in an RPA role analyzing and identifying bot performance issues on previously built automation workflows; 6 months' experience in an RPA role implementing effective code fixes, analyzing virtual machine utilization, and performing code repository maintenance and strategic bot job schedule maintenance; and identifiable experience in RPA role troubleshooting during at least 1 RPA system implementation, RPA software upgrade, or bot deployment.
