RPA Engineer

Summary

Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a manner consistent with the mission, vision and values of the organization. Lead technology innovation across all departments at BASYS; responsible to drive increased efficiency, metric observation, and automation with current and future technology products. Identify products and services that will help the organization achieve its goals. Engage stakeholders in all levels of the organization to design, construct and implement new solutions or new processes within the technology arena. The preferred candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced team deeply engaging with the latest web and mobile technologies, business analytics, machine learning, automation, and solving scalability and performance challenges on the cloud.

Duties & Responsibilities

Essential Functions

• Design, develop, and deploy robots and automation workflows to address business needs and improve process efficiency.
• Analyze and understand business processes and requirements to identify automation opportunities and develop solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and business users to gather and document automation requirements.
• Collaborate with the project team to define the project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Build and maintain re-usable, scalable components, templates, and libraries for future projects.
• Test and debug automation solutions to ensure they meet quality and performance standards.
• Analyze root causes of hard production issues and provide sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
• Collaborate with other technology teams to integrate RPA solutions with other enterprise applications and systems.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers in the team.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding best practices and standards.
• Continuously monitor and optimize existing bots to improve their performance and maintain scalability.
• Assist in software installation, configuration, and upgrades as required.
• Stay up to date with the latest RPA trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve the automation solutions.
• Experience building data driven solutions and thorough knowledge and understanding of consuming and integrating with API's.

Additional Responsibilities

• Design and implement any transition once initial technology project is concluded
• Complete administrative activity around new technology implementations
• Evaluate efficacy of deployed technology solutions

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or other related fields is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, Project Planning tools.
• Knowledge of Bankcard industry and its procedures, knowledge of project planning and project management
