Job Description

The Engineer should be able to analyze and troubleshoot issues that arise in the day-to-day running of HedgeServ RPA processes and provide timely responses and solutions as required. Analysis and documentation of Business Processes is required to identify automation opportunities for assessment of RPA feasibility.

The candidate should be able to identify, communicate and document technical infrastructure requirements effectively and clearly.

The successful applicant will perform development of new and on existing automations and processes based on the requirements of various teams’ requests. Previous experience with BluePrism, Microsoft 365 and .NET is a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Action new requests for roll out of current automations.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues logged by the users in a timely manner.

• Create and maintain documentation of projects requirements, progress tracking and solution implementation.

• Test new automation features/functionality and provide constructive feedback on findings.

• Be an integral part of the ideation, planning, testing and roll out phases of new automation requests.

Job Requirements for the role

• Computing or Information Systems Degree

• Technical experience in RPA tools or test automation tools (Blue Prism/UiPath/AA/Power Automate/Power BI/Power Apps.) is highly preferred

• Experience in Collaboration, Communication or Learning management systems (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, LMS365) is highly preferred

• Experience in Python and .NET (C#) is highly preferred

• Strong IT literacy
