Fragomen, an AmLaw 100 Firm and the leading global immigration services provider, is seeking an RPA Operational Specialist. The RPA (Robotic Process Automation) Operational Specialist will join our automation factory as part of a team of dedicated RPA professionals. The RPA Operational Specialist will be responsible for ongoing operational needs, support, and maintenance.

Fragomen's automation factory and robotic operations center (ROC) leverages UiPath technology. As we continue to develop and deploy RPA enterprise-wide, the RPA Operational Specialist will gain opportunities to learn and grow with the firm.

How you will make a difference as an RPA Operational Specialist with Fragomen:

  • Provide support throughout the organization for RPA prerequisites implementation, IT environments setup, software installations, testing and production cut-over
  • Develop and maintain workflow standards
  • Create and maintain a library of all developed workflows for all processes
  • Solve technical issues related to the RPA platform (UiPath)
  • Troubleshooting the basic network, application and access issues on Level 1 and Level 2 Basis
  • Determine root cause of incidents (configuration vs. defect)
  • Liaison with appropriate teams for the development of corrective actions or viable workarounds to resolve incidents
  • Ensure the availability and stability of RPA infrastructure such as Servers, network and VM guest as per requirements and business directives
  • Create and maintain appropriate documentation under RPA Support team to ensure up to date inventory of infrastructure and processes
  • Bridge between various teams and if needed involve vendor support
  • Take ownership of any issue reported on our RPA platform
  • Learn & explore new tools & technologies

Let's talk if you have the following qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems preferred
  • Experience supporting IT processes required, with 3 years of IT support experience preferred
  • At least 6 months of experience in RPA support required
  • Agile development experience is preferred
  • UiPath experience and certification required
  • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for sharing abstract concepts with business stakeholders
  • Ability to coordinate with all levels of the organization to design and deliver technical solutions to business problems
  • Experience conceptualizing and creating automated solutions from business processes workflow diagrams
  • Technical background in IT architecture preferred
  • Experience with developing and implementing automated RPA processes
  • Experience with RPA design patterns and practices including queue management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
