Your Mission

We are looking for a UIPath Solution Architect to join our fast-growing tea. Reporting to our Manager, Continuous Improvement, you will be supporting the team on RPA initiatives with a key focus on Center of Excellence (COE) development.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Solution Architect with deep expertise in UiPath RPA (Robotic Process Automation) technology to lead the architectural design and implementation of RPA solutions across the organization. This role will be instrumental in establishing and evolving our RPA Center of Excellence (COE), ensuring the successful deployment, management, and scaling of automation solutions that drive operational efficiency and process excellence.

Key responsibilities

Architectural Design & Implementation:

- Design and develop scalable, efficient, and high-quality RPA solutions using UiPath.

- Define best practices for RPA architecture, development, and deployment.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and assess automation opportunities, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.

RPA COE Establishment & Evolution:

- Play a key role in the establishment and growth of the RPA Center of Excellence, including defining governance models, standards, and practices.

- Lead the development of a robust RPA framework that includes documentation, coding standards, and reusable components.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to RPA developers and other team members within the COE.

Technology Leadership:

- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the RPA and automation space, particularly within the UiPath ecosystem.

- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools that can enhance the organization's automation capabilities.

- Ensure the organization's RPA infrastructure is optimized for performance, security, and scalability.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, business process owners, and other stakeholders, to ensure successful implementation of RPA projects.

- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the RPA team and the broader organization.

Governance & Compliance:

- Develop and enforce governance policies to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

- Monitor and manage the performance, security, and reliability of RPA solutions in production.

- Lead the effort to document and mitigate risks associated with RPA implementations.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience as a Solution Architect, with a strong focus on UiPath RPA technology.

- Extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying RPA solutions using UiPath.

- Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle, including process assessment, solution design, development, testing, and deployment.

- Experience in establishing or significantly contributing to the growth of an RPA Center of Excellence.

- Knowledge of the latest trends and innovations in RPA and related technologies.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex, ambiguous situations.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.

- UiPath certifications are highly desirable.

- English (written and spoken) is the language used most of the time, as work colleagues, clients, and strategic suppliers are geographically dispersed.
