Arrow Global SQA team is looking for a talented and highly motivated candidate to join its IT quality team. This role is focused on participation in IT project teams focusing on providing high-quality solutions. This position will be responsible for working with the development team, operations, and business to develop automation testing plans and execute them.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Design and develop automation scripts using UiPath Studio.
  • Manage and configure UiPath Orchestrator and UiPath Assistant.
  • Develop reusable components and handle dynamic selectors.
  • Implement email, desktop, Excel, VBA macros, PDF, API, database, and regular expressions automation.
  • Develop and execute business process-specific test scenarios.
  • Analyze and document warehouse processes.
  • Perform other IT-related duties as assigned, such as special projects and enhancements.
  • Apply best practices in Script development to create efficient, maintainable, and scalable automation solutions.
  • Update and optimize existing automation workflows to improve performance and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Troubleshooting and solving issues in test automation workflows with UiPath tools.
  • Implementing robust error-handling mechanisms to manage exceptions and ensure the stability of automated tests.

What We Are Looking For:

  • 8+ years of experience in Automation testing.
  • 5+ years of experience with UiPath
  • Proficiency with UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and UiPath Assistant.
  • 3+ years of experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) end-to-end and different frameworks.
  • Advanced English skills, oral and written communication.
  • Familiarity with string manipulation, list, arrays, enumerable, dispatcher-performer patterns, high-density robots, and UiPath licenses.

The Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More:

  • UiPath test automation experience.
  • Knowledge of JIRA, GIT, Bitbucket, and test management tools such as ALM, Zephyr Scale, and TestRail.
  • Experience with ERP, SCM, and CRM.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Teams).

Work Arrangement:

  • Fully remote: Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$48,658.33 - $75,416.67 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
