You're highly skilled in:

10+ years of experience with real-time embedded software leadership and software baseline management and delivery.

Experience in developing and executing a flight test program requiring US Navy asset coordination to facilitate ground & flight test operations for SW intensive integration programs.

Demonstrated ability to solve complex integration issues using innovative solutions.

Demonstrated history showing strong interpersonal and communication skills through collaboration across industry partners, US Navy, and Government entities.

Typically requires degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or equivalent experience and minimum 5+ years prior relevant experience.

You're a great match with:

Experience with product development utilizing the Scrum techniques of the Agile software development process.

Familiarity with a DevSecOps Software Factory and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery concepts.

Proven experience working with technically skilled teammates and customers.

Experience with large complex systems such as airborne radars.

Current U.S. DOD Top Secret Security Clearance.

Required Education:

Minimum Bachelor's of Science degree (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field
