RTC Cloud Meeting and Peripheral Engineer

Job Description:
This role requires an engineer to page and client certification on a monthly basis across Webex and Zoom, in addition the engineer will run through certification of new and current peripherals in the RTC portfolio supporting Cisco Enterprise Voice, IPC Trader Voice, Contact Center, and all soft clients. This role requires a strong analytical thinker who is detail oriented and focused on the user experience and potential user impact across these functions.
Required Skills

• Background with certification of site and clients for Webex and Zoom.
• Understanding of peripherals and use cases across hard and soft endpoints.
• Strong quality engineering for certification, test plan creation, and documented results.
• Real time communication meeting platforms (Webex & Zoom), Endpoints and Peripherals (Headset, Speaker Pucks, Web Cams).
• Quality Engineering & Assurance.

• Must be able to interact in a professional manner with Stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
